7月26日，中国 证券 报·中证金牛座记者从市场监管总局获悉，近日，国际标准化组织（ISO）批准成立数字营销技术委员会（ISO\/TC 352），并由中国承担该技术委员会秘书处工作。 　　数字营销是指企业和其他组织运用数字技术和平台，通过数据驱动的方式实现品牌传播、用户互动、产品推广与服务创新的现代营销模式，是 数字经济 时代企业链接用户、拓展市场和提升效益的核心手段。 　　ISO\/TC 352的设立是ISO在 数字经济 领域布局中的又一重要举措，旨在通过建立具有全球适用性的国际标准体系，提升服务质量与治理水平，成为推动中小企业公平参与数字贸易、促进国际市场互信互认的基础支撑。 　　该技术委员会得到了国际社会广泛关注，共有包括德国、意大利、芬兰、韩国、巴西、印尼在内的42个国家参与工作，亚洲、非洲和欧洲等区域营销组织也将通过建立联络机制的方式，共同推动国际标准建设。 　　中国作为ISO\/TC 352秘书处承担国，将坚持“共商、共建、共享”原则，积极服务国际标准化同行，推动凝聚全球共识，持续完善数字营销标准体系，助力构建开放、包容、公正的全球 数字经济 治理新格局。 （文章来源：中国 证券 报·中证金牛座）
