7月25日，外交部发言人郭嘉昆主持例行记者会。郭嘉昆在会上就7月24日举行的第二十五次中国－欧盟领导人会晤进一步介绍情况。 　　谈及双方存在的分歧，郭嘉昆表示，同任何双边关系一样，中欧之间当然也存在一些分歧。对欧方关切的经贸问题，中方本着友好、尊重、坦诚的态度就相关问题全面、耐心、深入、细致地表明了立场。中方强调，中欧经贸关系的本质是优势互补、互利共赢，应该也完全能够在发展中实现动态平衡。中方致力于实现中欧贸易可持续、平衡发展，愿进口更多适销对路的欧洲优质产品，欧方应放宽高技术产品对华出口限制。 　　中方强调，产能是不是过剩，要放在全球看，由市场来判断。以 新能源 汽车行业为例，国际能源署测算，2030年全球 新能源 汽车缺口将达2700万辆。中国的 新能源 产能是可以填补世界“绿色缺口”的先进产能，是贡献不是“过剩”。所谓“中国产能过剩”的论调，实质上是在经济全球化背景下对市场供需关系的片面认识，是为保护主义措施寻找托词。 　　中方重申，中国的产业补贴政策坚持开放、公平、合规原则，严格遵守世贸组织规则。从世界范围看，产业补贴政策是各国普遍采用的。欧盟自己也为相关产业发展提供了大量补贴，不应该在产业补贴问题上奉行“双重标准”。 （文章来源：澎湃新闻）
