【明報專訊】有106萬市民使用的「綠綠賞」電子積分計劃有近24億分未兌換，計劃明年4月1日起全面電子化，當中約92萬即87%已使用手機程式的用戶可無縫過渡，餘下約14萬市民使用實體卡。有環團及社工關注部分人沒智能手機或使用程式有困難，如部分長者及拾荒者，可能無法透過參與回收活動獲取積分；且積分價值電子化後趨縮水（見另稿），實體禮物與超市電子積分價值可相差五成，加上每月兌換積分設上限，有用戶要逾18年才可盡換手上分數，憂慮削弱回收誘因，促政府勿取消或延長兌換實體禮品，並加強宣傳及助市民轉型，保持回收參與率。…
