上证报中国 证券 网讯（钟黛记者操子怡）7月31日， 苏试试验 发布投资者关系活动记录表。 苏试试验 介绍称，在集成电路验证与分析服务板块，公司结合市场需求及行业发展态势，已完成了部分设备扩充及实验室建置，进一步强化了FA、MA、RA试验能力建设，整体正处于产能爬坡阶段，上海地区设备利用率有所提升，深圳实验室新场地搬迁后需求端表现良好，预计下半年产能将稳定爬坡。　　公开资料显示， 苏试试验 主要从事力学环境试验设备、气候环境试验设备、综合环境试验设备、分析测试系统及 传感器 等设备的研发、制造、销售以及提供环境与可靠性试验服务、集成电路验证与分析服务、软件测评服务等检测服务。 　　2019年，苏试试验通过收购宜特（上海）检测技术有限公司（后更名为“苏试宜特”），成功踏入集成电路第三方检测服务领域，将可靠性试验服务的检测范围向源头拓宽至电子元器件乃至材料级别。今年5月，苏试试验公告，拟再出资3.36亿元收购17名少数股东合计持有的苏试宜特23.73%股权。交易完成后，公司对苏试宜特的持股比例将由73.82%上升至97.55%。 　　数据显示，2025年上半年，苏试试验实现营业收入约9.91亿元，同比增加8.09%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润约1.17亿元，同比增加14.18%。其中，集成电路验证与分析业务实现营业收入1.55亿元，同比增长21.0%，增速领跑各板块。 　　苏试试验在投资者交流活动中表示，随着下游行业的发展，集成电路板块整体产业趋势持续向好，公司以客户需求为导向，将针对性搭建试验设备及推进产能扩充，持续加快市场开拓步伐，增强市场推广能力，全力推进新增产能释放，充分把握行业发展机遇。 （文章来源：上海 证券 报·中国 证券 网）
