【明報專訊】近年外界關注不少高才子女來港讀書隨即可以「本地生」身分入讀資助專上課程，或分薄本地資源造成不公。教育局昨日公布修訂資助專上課程的申請資格，加入居港年期規定，要求持受養人簽證者申讀資助課程時須居港滿兩年，否則不能申請資助學費。新規定2027\/28學年起實施，首年設過渡期，申請者只需符合一年居港要求。香港新方向立法會議員張欣宇歡迎修訂，稱可篩選「短期投機者」，實現「人才留港」的政策初衷。有專才家長則稱新措施減低送子女來港讀書的意欲（見另稿）。…
