四川在线记者 史晓露 8月1日，记者从四川省发展改革委民营经济发展局获悉，2025年上半年，全省民营经济运行总体平稳、稳中有进。数据显示，上半年，全省民营经济实现增加值17787.9亿元、同比增长5.7%，增速高于全省GDP增速0.1个百分点，保持自2024年一季度以来高于GDP增长态势。民营经济增加值占全省GDP比重为55.7%，与上年同期持平。 从市（州）来看，民营经济增加值达500亿元以上市（州）有13个，其中成都突破6000亿元，达到6181.0亿元，绵阳、宜宾保持1000亿元以上。12个市（州）民营经济增加值增速高于全省平均增速，其中自贡、眉山、德阳增速超7.0%。 经营主体提质扩容。截至6月末，全省民营经营主体总数达到906.2万户、同比增长2.3%。其中，民营企业259.9万户、同比增长4.6%；个体工商户636.2万户、同比增长1.5%。民营经营主体占全部经营主体的比重为97.0%。 上半年，全省新登记民营经营主体51.4万户、同比增长2.1%，其中新登记民营企业17.5万户，同比增长16.0%；注销民营经营主体38.8万户、同比下降4.9%，注销增速较上年同期低25.5个百分点。 民间投资平稳增长。上半年，全省民间投资同比增长2.4%，增速高于全国3.0个百分点，高于上年同期3.5个百分点。房地产业、建筑业民间投资虽同比下降8.8%、12.5%，但降幅同比分别收窄7.7、38.8个百分点。分市（州）看，实现正增长的市（州）由2024年的10个增至15个，投资回暖面持续扩大。 创新活力持续迸发。截至6月末，民营创新型中小企业、民营省级专精特新中小企业、民营国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业分别达10066家、4014家、380家，占全省比重分别为93.1%、88.8%、78.2%。技术交易继续保持增长态势，技术合同登记项数、技术合同登记成交额、技术交易额分别同比增长20.4%、23.0%、14.4%。
