8月1日， 芯海科技 证券 部工作人员独家回应中国 证券 报·中证金牛座记者称，H股上市预计会对公司海外拓展和业务布局有帮助。公司筹划H股上市事项，主要是为了拓展海外业务。对于具体的影响，公司还在做一些细节上的评估，一切以公司公告为准。 　　 芯海科技 7月30日晚间公告称，公司正在筹划发行境外上市股份（H股）股票并申请在香港联交所主板挂牌上市，以深化国际化战略布局，提高公司综合竞争力和国际品牌形象，并利用国际资本市场多元化融资渠道。目前，公司正与相关中介机构进行商讨，细节尚未确定。 　　此次发行H股并上市不会导致公司控股股东和实际控制人发生变化。待确定具体方案后，此次发行H股并上市尚需提交公司董事会和股东大会审议，并需取得中国 证券 监督管理委员会、香港联交所和香港证券及期货事务监察委员会等相关政府机构、监管机构备案、批准或核准。此次发行H股并上市能否通过审议、备案和审核程序并最终实施具有重大不确定性。 （文章来源：中国证券报·中证金牛座）
