【明報專訊】天水圍天恩邨一對精神病患母子被指13年前申請公屋時無如實申報資產，房屋署經查證於去年11月發出「遷出通知書」，該戶上訴，青山醫院發證明書建議容許二人續居於單位。上訴委員會（房屋）今年2月聆訊，房署3月通知該戶「委員會確認『遷出通知書』」，同時恩恤讓二人暫居，惟再度致函提及收回單位，母子分別於4月及7月墮樓亡。戶主女兒鄧小姐提出質疑，包括指上訴委員會無採納青山醫院建議。房署回覆查詢稱，對這宗不幸事件深感難過，「並將認真檢視並仔細探討進一步改善及優化工作指引及流程，特別是與特殊需要租戶有關的個案」。…
