【明報專訊】中環海濱活動空間昨第二日舉行「友邦香港國際熱氣球節」，因仍未獲政府批准熱氣球載客，升空體驗再告吹。熱氣球昨只作表演及展示，惟表演因風勢等因素兩度延遲共兩小時，有內地旅客說視升空為旅遊重頭戲，遺憾取消。翻查票務資料，條款列明門票不包「繫留定點飛體驗」，主辦方亦可延遲或取消環節而不退票。曾任海關督察的律師林正文說，乘熱氣球為活動宣傳重點，不是免責條文「說了算」，要考慮其是否合理，主辦方或違反《商品說明條例》等法例。海關稱已接獲舉報並跟進，如發現有違《商品說明條例》會執法。…
