周五，市区重建局 (URA) 承诺保护九龙城“小泰国”街道独有的文化，因为它公布了重建该地区以建造 4,300 多个单位的计划。<\/p>\n

项目将涵盖木匠道及衙前围道三段，总面积近400,000平方尺，目前可容纳约1,600户家庭及100多个地下商铺。<\/p>\n

URA 的规划和设计总监 Wilfred Au 表示，当局了解泰国社区以及他们多年来建立的小型街头商店和餐馆。 <\/p>\n

“我们打算邀请他们，那些具有当地特色的商店经营者来步行街经营，”他说。 <\/p>\n

“我们发现他们没有足够的城市空间来策划他们的一些传统活动节日，在这里我们增加城市空间，希望他们可以利用这个活动空间来策划他们的活动，”Au 说。 <\/p>\n

根据市建局的建议，九龙城街市不仅深受当地居民欢迎，也受到影星周润发等名人的欢迎，将搬迁至新的政府综合大楼。 <\/p>\n

为使该地区更“适合步行”，市建局表示将安装两条“绿色步行街”、一个地下停车场、更多公共停车位和一个连接“门户广场”该地区至启德发展区。 <\/p>\n

改造预计将为 4,300 多个中小型单位让路。<\/p>\n

市建局表示希望新的政府综合大楼可在 2030 年前完工，而其他大部分拟建设施可在 2037 年前完工。<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
