人民财讯9月20日电，据 江苏有线 消息，9月19日， 江苏有线 与常州市政府正式签署合作协议，投资布局 新能源 赛道，三年内计划建设40座左右“光储充”场站，为政府、企事业单位及个人提供车辆充电站服务。新成立的合资公司首期注册资本9000万元，重点布局微电网业务， 江苏有线 持股51%，常高新集团、常州 新能源 集团及 苏文电能 持股49%，后续将为 智慧城市 建设提供更为稳定的能源保障与高效的资源协同解决方案。 　　双方签约负责人表示，将以此次签约为契机，围绕信息化建设、5G工厂打造、数字文化产业挖潜与文化IP开发等方面，进一步深化合作。 （文章来源：人民财讯）
