蓝鲸新闻9月18日讯，近日，中国人民 银行 厦门市分行发布了罚单，剑指中国 民生银行 股份有限公司厦门分行及其相关责任人。 　　罚单显示，中国 民生银行 股份有限公司厦门分行的主要违法违规事实（案由）为：违反反假货币业务管理规定；违反 数据安全 管理规定；未按照规定履行客户身份识别义务；未履行对异常账户、可疑交易的风险监测和相关处置义务；违反账户管理规定。 　　针对上述违法违规行为，中国人民 银行 厦门市分行对其警告，通报批评，并处罚款合计147.96万元。 　　此外，时任中国 民生银行 股份有限公司厦门分行零售金融部经理的郭某明，因对未履行对异常账户、可疑交易的风险监测和相关处置义务的违法行为负有直接责任，被处罚款1万元； 　　时任小微金融事业部厦门分部\/普惠金融事业部厦门分部副总经理的张某琳，因对未按照规定履行客户身份识别义务的违法行为负有直接责任，被处罚款1.5万元； 　　时任零售金融部副总经理的林某泉，因对未按照规定履行客户身份识别义务和未履行对异常账户、可疑交易的风险监测和相关处置义务的违法行为负有直接责任，被处罚款2.5万元。 （文章来源：蓝鲸新闻）
