【明報專訊】熱帶氣旋「樺加沙」昨增強為強颱風，天文台預測會增強至超強颱風，本周中期靠近廣東沿岸，本港周二及三天氣逐漸轉壞，周三樺加沙最接近時會有狂風大驟雨及雷暴，海有巨浪及湧浪，並帶來顯著風暴潮，屆時沿岸水位或與2017年「天鴿」及2018年「山竹」吹襲本港時相若。翻查資料，天鴿及山竹襲港時本港多處嚴重水浸，以山竹較嚴重，本港水位普遍升高逾兩米，鰂魚涌及大埔滘潮位最高分別升至海圖基準面以上3.88米及4.71米，僅次1962年「溫黛」襲港3.96米及5.03米的紀錄。…
