日前， 豪威集团 公布，其专门针对IGBT\/ 碳化硅 SIC的驱动需求开发了一款高集成度的高压隔离栅极驱动芯片ORD110x。这款芯片最大支持1500V的 电机 控制系统，采用电容隔离技术，支持高达10,000V的浪涌隔离电压，共模瞬变抗扰度高于150V\/ns，保证整个控制系统在更高电压的应用环境里安全、稳定的运行。 　　目前，ORD1100\/ORD1101现已支持送样，将于2026年第一季度正式量产。 　　据介绍，这款芯片主要用于 新能源 车的 电机 及 电机 控制器。电机及电机控制器是 新能源 车的关键零部件，而功率模块（包括IGBT和 碳化硅 SIC）又是电机及电机控制器的的关键器件。 　　 豪威集团 总部位于上海，是全球领先的先进数字成像、模拟、显示技术等 半导体 解决方案开发商，2024年出货量超过110亿颗。 （文章来源：广州日报新花城）
