【明報專訊】香港復康會聯同狄志遠及林素蔚議員辦事處及無障礙關注平台，於4月至9月做文體旅設施無障礙巡查研究，發現76個文體旅場所共1028項無障礙基礎設施，當中近六成未完全符合《設計手冊：暢通無阻的通道2008》要求，並發現啟德體育園主場館及體藝館輪椅席只能以電話購票，但熱線不易接通，網上資訊不齊全，有巡查員稱花了71天始成功購票。研究建議政府推出新景點時做無障礙設施評估，並建議表演場地管理方在租賃協議中加入條款，要求主辦方為殘疾者提供平等購票渠道。…
