四川在线记者 王眉灵 5月29日，在宜宾高铁存车场建设工地，随着成都至自贡至宜宾高速铁路(以下简称“成自宜高铁”)首根触网杆稳稳安装到位，标志着全线建设进入“四电”工程施工阶段。 成自宜高铁首根触网杆安装现场。成兰铁路公司供图 “四电”工程是高铁建设中通信、信号、电力、电力牵引供电工程的总称，是整条高铁的“中枢大脑”和动力之源，也是高铁建设的最后一个阶段。中铁武汉电气化局自宜项目部经理陈春林介绍，在后续施工中将全面运用“两大平台，七大工装”打造绿色智能、数字贯通的成自宜高速铁路。 “我们自主研制的七种智能设备，贯穿参数检测、材料制备、线路安装、后期检测全过程，让建设效能更高，建设成本降低。”他说，比如，接触网施工参数的测量以前有五道工序，需要使用经纬仪、GPS定位系统以及激光测距仪等至少三种以上的设备；现在采用接触网施工参数一体化测量装置，工序缩减至两道，施工效能提升一半，数字贯通也让参数监测误差减小，施工材料消耗降低，建设成本大幅下降。 成自宜高铁是国家“八纵八横”高速铁路网中“京昆通道”的重要组成部分，设计时速350公里，预计2023年底建成通车。
