三一重工 股份有限公司（以下简称“ 三一重工 ”，600031.SH）港股上市迎来了最新进展。 　　10月14日， 三一重工 方面对外发布《关于刊发H股发行聆讯后资料集的公告》。据了解，在此前的10月12日，三一重工港交所上市聆讯已获得通过，将在港交所主板上市。 　　公开资料显示，三一重工是国内 工程机械 龙头企业，产品包括混凝土机械、挖掘机械、起重机械、桩工机械、路面机械等。其中，混凝土设备、挖掘机、大吨位起重机、旋挖钻机、路面成套设备等主导产品在国内外市场占据重要地位。 　　《中国经营报》记者注意到，对于推进港股上市的原因，三一重工方面曾解释称，主要为深入推进公司全球化战略，加强与境外资本市场对接，进一步提升公司治理透明度和规范化水平。 　　业绩表现方面，数据显示，2022—2024年，三一重工营业收入分别为808.22亿元、740.19亿元、783.83亿元，增速分别为-24.38%、-8.44%、5.90%。今年上半年，三一重工营业收入为445.34亿元，同比增长14.96%；归母净利润52.16亿元，同比增长46%。 　　值得注意的是，海外市场已成为三一重工的业绩“助推器”。公开数据显示，今年上半年，三一重工主营业务实现海外销售收入263.02亿元，同比增长11.72%，海外收入占主营业务收入的比重达60.26%。 　　“虽然海外新兴市场基础设施发展潜力巨大，但实际增长可能不及预期。如果产品需求低于预期，我们可能会遇到产能过剩以及员工和其他资源利用率不足的问题，这也可能会对我们的业务、财务状况和经营业绩产生不利影响。”三一重工方面在招股书中坦言。 （文章来源：中国经营报）
