瑞士洛桑联邦理工学院与加拿大多伦多西部医院科研团队合作，研制出一种超微型、高柔性的神经血管导管“MagFlow”。该导管可在血流驱动下，安全穿行于大脑中最复杂、最细微的血管，为治疗神经系统疾病提供了新工具。相关论文发表于新一期《科学· 机器人 》杂志。 　　微导管是一种医疗器件，可沿人体血管蜿蜒穿行，用于治疗动脉阻塞、止血，甚至阻断肿瘤供血或实施精准化疗。然而，目前医生在操作中仍需借助导丝，小心推动微导管在血管中行进，这一过程不仅费时，还可能损伤血管壁。更关键的是，现有导丝与微导管尺寸偏大，难以抵达大脑深处直径小于150微米、细如发丝的微小血管。MagFlow的尺寸仅为常规导管的一半，能借助血流动能行进，从而最大限度减少与血管壁的接触。 　　MagFlow的主体由两片黏合聚合物构成，可“像消防软管一样”自如膨胀，便于输送稀薄或黏稠的生物医用液体。团队还同步开发了 机器人 转向平台“OmniMag”，通过安装在机械臂上的磁场发生器引导微导管行进。该平台能够根据医生的触控移动，自动计算出引导MagFlow磁性尖端转向所需的最佳磁场方向。 　　在验证实验中，团队将MagFlow置入猪的头部、颈部和脊柱中极为狭窄且弯曲的动脉，快速安全输送了造影剂和栓塞剂，充分展示了其独特性能。 　　研究团队表示，这一成果将“流驱动导航”概念转化为可行的临床方案，未来有望为心血管疾病治疗开辟新途径，用于治疗出血性中风、动静脉畸形的成年患者，以及患有癌症的儿童。 （文章来源：科技日报）
