<\/a>Google 為了讓用戶更便捷地瞭解應用評價，在 Google Play Store 中加入了AI技術\/功能，後續用戶不需要翻動頁面去查看上百條、甚至上千條評論瞭解應用情況，AI 會直接生成簡述地概要供用戶參考。據網絡流傳的圖片可以看到，用戶在 Google Play Store 的應用頁面，能夠看到一個板塊「評分與評論」，「評分與評論」中有一個標題名為「用戶評價」，「用戶評價」下方會顯示由 AI 總結其他用戶對應用評價的一段概述（正面、負面評價均會呈現），這個新功能正在通過 Google Play Store 48.5.23-31 版本逐漸發佈。<\/p>\n

<\/a>網絡流傳現階段 Google Docs 應用評論的截圖，截圖呈現 AI 生成了一段概述，正面評價為用戶普遍認為該應用使用起來較容易，並稱贊了該應用豐富的自定義選項；負面評價為部分用戶反映應用的用戶界面會出現一些Bug。而且 AI 還會給出一些話題標籤（chips），如「文件管理」、「用戶界面」和「應用穩定性」等詞條，使得用戶更方面地查看相關詞條下的詳細評價。<\/p>\n

現在各大平台都會利用AI 生成評論概述，這種功能可以讓用戶更快速、方便地瞭解情況，而不需要仔細地查看每一條評論。除了 Google 外，之前 Apple 在 iOS App Store 中也已經推出了 AI 生成應用評論概述的功能，Amazon 也早就投入類似的技術用於商品評論中。<\/p>\n
