近期美媒體曝光了 Facebook 母公司 Meta 的內部文件，Meta 公司在2024年約10%營收（160億美元）均獲利與疑似涉及詐騙或違禁商品的相關廣告，Meta 公司旗下的 Facebook、Instagram、WhatsApp 每天會向用戶顯示約 150億條疑似詐騙廣告相關的信息，此事已經曝光引起了社會的廣泛關注與相應監管。<\/p>\n

<\/a>全球互聯網大廠將流量轉化成廣告收益是很常見的操作，根據網傳的內部政策顯示，當 Meta 的自動審查系統認定廣告主存在 95% 以上可能性屬於詐騙從事者，才會對相應廣告進行封鎖，但如果低於 95%，Meta 不會直接下架，而是會向相關的廣告主收取較高刊登費作為懲罰，許多人批判 Meta 此行為與讓疑似詐騙者付費曝光無異。<\/p>\n

英國的監管單位表示，2023年全國有 54% 的支付相關詐騙損失與 Meta 公司的平台相關，這個比例比其他社群平台高出非常多，美國證券交易委員會(SEC) 正在調查 Meta 是否對詐騙廣告有放任行為。據傳有一份 2025年文件曝光，Meta 公司承認平台中的詐騙廣告應屬於後續公司需要削減的違規收入，不過公司內部之前評估過，對於此行為政府的罰款上限約為 10億美元，比起疑似詐騙廣告帶來的應收，罰款金額非常低。<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
