<\/a>在近日於韓國大邱舉行的 ISMP 2025 活動上，Kim Dae-Woo 向外界透露了下一代 Exynos 2600 處理器的部分技術細節。Kim Dae-Woo 在演講中強調，Samsung 當前的發展重點已不再局限於單一處理器的性能提升，而是轉向從系統層面進行整體提升，並特別提及了「系統與技術協同優化（STCO）」這一理念。他指出，現代封裝技術不僅能夠實現處理器間的物理連接，更能有效優化功耗、散熱以及信號傳輸效率，從而顯著提升終端裝置的綜合表現。<\/p>\n

<\/a>作為 STCO 理念的實際應用案例，Kim Dae-Woo 重點介紹了 Exynos 2600 處理器所採用的 HPB 冷卻技術。該技術可將散熱模塊與 DRAM 一同封裝於處理器上，通過逐步優化整體熱結構，使處理器的散熱性能較上一代提升達 30%。據瞭解，HPB（Heat Path Block）是一種已在伺服器和 PC 領域應用的散熱方案，其結構不同於移動裝置常見的 VC 均熱板，能夠更專注於處理器本身的散熱需求。<\/p>\n
