四川在线记者 陈婷 据中央气象台预报，本周我国有两轮冷空气。一轮在11月11日至13日，弱冷空气从新疆自西向东影响黄淮以北大部地区，有4～8℃降温，主要是把北方明显偏高的气温拉回来一些，降温后气温依然可能高于常年11月中旬。14日至17日，另一轮较强冷空气将从新疆自西向东、自北向南影响我国。 四川省气象台预计，和上周一样，本周四川盆地依然主打“阴天”或“阴天间多云”天气，多分散小雨或零星小雨。14日，盆地大部有小雨，局部可能有中雨；川西高原局部有中到大雪。另外，12日盆地大部也有雨，但主要是出现在一早一晚，而且是小雨，应该不影响白天出行；当天，阿坝州东部和凉山州东部有阵雨（雪）。 受冷空气影响，11月16日至17日，全省大部有一次降温降水天气过程。其中，盆地日平均气温累计下降3～4℃，大部有小雨，东部南部部分地方有中雨，冷空气影响时有4～6级偏北风，北部局地可达7级或以上；阿坝州、甘孜州北部东部和凉山州大部有阵雨（雪），局地有中到大雪或中雨；甘孜州其余地方和攀枝花市有分散阵雨（雪）。 工作日期间，盆地气温波动不算剧烈，大部分时候在14～18℃之间，15日之前有的城市还可能冲到20℃左右，比如成都、达州。但因为雨水出没、阳光珍贵，本周体感总体比较阴冷，还是要注意加衣保暖。 气象专家提醒，本周川西高原南部和攀西地区大部降水较少，气象森林火险等级逐渐升高，需注意防火。 从整体来看，四川省气象台预计，11月中旬，与常年同期平均值比较，盆地大部和凉山州东北部气温正常，其余地方偏高。 截至今天（11月10日19时30分），四川各地无生效的气象预警信号，也未发布72小时气象灾害预警。本周，四川大气扩散条件较好，无明显霾天气。
