目前 Samsung 正式確認，將會在 CES 2026 展示全球首款 LPDDR6 RAM，可以達到 10.7Gbps 的高速率，可以換算為 10.7GT\/s、10.7GHz。<\/p>\n

<\/a>LPDDR6 RAM 標準發佈於今年7月份，採用的是雙子通道架構。可惜的是目前 JEDEC 官方未公佈具體速率，傳言稱最低 10.7Gbps，最高達到 14.4Gbps。<\/p>\n

作為對比，LPDDR4 的起步速率為 3200Mbps，LPDDR4X 的起步速率為 4266Mbps，LPDDR5 的起步速率為 6400Mbps，LPDDR5X 的起步速率為 8533Mpbs。SK海力士生產的 LPDDR5T 速率可以提至 9600Mbps，但還未達到 LPDDR6 的標準。<\/p>\n

結合網上爆料，Samsung 的 LPDDR6 RAM 採用 12nm 先進工藝，並擴展了IO，用於提升速率和帶寬。還配備動態電源管理系統，能夠根據負載智能降低功耗，相比 LPDDR5 系列節省最多 21％。<\/p>\n

功耗方面，LPDDR6 工藝的提升降低了電壓和功耗，並採用 VDD2 供電和雙電源供電等節能措施。<\/p>\n

目前 SK 海力士、美光、高通、聯發科等廠商在加急測試 LPDDR6 RAM 新品，預計在 CES 2026 大會上會有進一步的消息。<\/p>\n
