中新社华盛顿11月10日电（记者沙晗汀）美国国会参议院当地时间10日晚表决通过联邦政府临时预算案，向结束政府“停摆”迈出关键一步。 　　美国联邦政府自10月1日因资金用尽“停摆”到11月10日已经持续41天，是美国历史上时间最长的政府“停摆”。 　　在当天的投票中，60票赞成、40票反对。其中，8名民主党议员加入共和党阵营投票赞成，1名共和党议员加入民主党阵营投票反对，赞成票数达到60票，该临时预算案获得通过。 　　接下来，众议院将对该版本临时预算案进行投票。如果表决获得通过，将送往白宫由总统签字，以结束联邦政府“停摆”。 　　众议院自9月19日以来一直处于“休会”状态。众议院议长约翰逊当天早些时候表示，鉴于当前接近半数航班遭延误或取消，所有众议员应该“立刻、尽快”返回华盛顿，以便在参议院通过预算案后众议院可以尽快投票。 　　此次参议院通过的临时预算案将维持大部分联邦机构正常运转至2026年1月30日，并为农业部、退伍军人事务部及国会提供整个财政年度的经费。根据该预算案，“补充营养援助计划”将获得全年资金。值得一提的是，该临时预算案中不包括此前民主党人一直坚持的延长医保补贴条款。 　　据美媒报道，作为结束“停摆”协议的一部分，参议院多数党领袖、共和党人图恩向民主党人保证，将在12月中旬就医保补贴进行投票。 　　参议院少数党领袖、民主党人舒默等众多民主党议员对于部分民主党议员的“妥协”表示不满。参议员桑德斯称，民主党人放弃抗争是“可怕的错误”。（完） （文章来源：中国新闻网）
