【明報專訊】立法會選舉下月7日投票，選舉管理委員會昨日公布多項投票新措施，包括增設24個票站，當中22個為專屬及外展票站，對象涵蓋公務員、醫管局醫護人員、少數族裔、院舍職員及院友，並增設兩個鄰近邊境票站，相關選民均須事先登記，而全港投票時間則由14小時增至16小時（見表）。選管會主席陸啟康稱，新措施是因應「市民生活模式改變」，盼方便他們投票，使選舉更「高效」和「人性化」。被問到如何保障院舍選民的投票自主及保密，陸稱外展票站規格和投票程序與一般票站無異，設足夠保密措施如隔板，院友亦須親身到場，相信他們投票不受影響。…
