<\/a>近期 HUAWEI 應該即將要官宣 Mate 80系列，Mate 80系列會搭載什麼處理器是大家非常關心的問題，據網傳HUAWEI Mate 80系列將會配備 Kirin 9030 處理器，消息源博主 @定焦數碼對於 HUAWEI Mate 80系列配備地處理器的評價是極好，極沸騰。<\/p>\n

<\/a>之前鯤鵬930 有曝光過細節，從之前的情況判斷，Kirin 9030 處理器可能會採用 5nm 工藝，之前有博主爆料表示，現在的國產 N+3 工藝，網傳能夠達到 125mtr 的消息應該比較準確，專利顯示的 H210G56 指標，計算下來是 125mtr 的布線密度。博主認為如果真的成功了，那國產 5nm 工藝就能夠達成了。<\/p>\n

據現在網傳信息顯示，中芯國際的 N+3 工藝具有顯著的晶體管密度，能夠達到了 125MTr\/mm，如果以 14nm（密度約35MTr\/mm）工藝作為N，N+3提升了高於250%的密度。中芯國際 N+3 的晶體管密度在台積電的 N6（113MTr\/mm）與 Samsung 早期的 5nm（127MTr\/mm）工藝中間，類似於台積電 5.5nm 的工藝。<\/p>\n

很多人認為 N+3 可能會是等效 5nm，但 N+3 的實際性能功耗應該對標台積電的N7P（7nm增強版）和 N6 工藝，所以從數據上分析，中芯國際 N+3 在相同晶體管數量下，能效比起台積電的 N5\/N4 工藝，大概有 15%~20% 的落後。有相關人士分析這個情況的原因主要是因為 EUV 光刻機的短缺，使得工藝複雜度受限，不過對於這個技術進步已經能夠讓國產晶片突破非常多技術制約。<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n
