四川在线记者 邵明亮 文\/图 在11月18日举行的2025天府数字经济大会上，四川正式发布了一批数据标注基地和行业高质量数据集，相关单位依次上台领取“任务书”。 “任务书”就位。 当前，人工智能正在引领新一轮科技革命和产业变革，具有溢出带动性很强的“头雁”效应。人工智能发展离不开高质量数据集，而高质量数据集建设离不开数据标注工作。 而高质量数据集不仅是海量图片、文本、视频、语音等数据的集合，更是经过专业化采集、标准化治理、系统化加工、合规化流通，是一套覆盖数据全生命周期、提供“数据+应用环境+工具链”全方位支撑、支持多主体融合共建、开放流通可运营的基础设施。 据了解，数字经济在四川百花齐放，各市州你追我赶、互学互鉴，汇聚起向新向上的磅礴力量。前不久，省发展改革委、省数据局面向全省开展了行业高质量数据集征集工作。 在当天公布的名单中，承担四川省数据标注基地试点任务的是宜宾、内江、自贡、遂宁；此外，获国家高质量数据集典型案例的是：地震监测预报预警多模态联合数据集。 领取“任务书”。 与此同时，承担国省行业高质量数据集建设先行先试任务的是：自然资源部第三地理信息制图院、四川长虹电器股份有限公司、成都能源发展股份有限公司、四川省文化大数据有限责任公司、四川华体照明科技股份有限公司。
