巴塞隆納足球俱樂部主席瓊·拉波爾塔調查涉嫌投資詐欺 這些投資「幾乎完全基於參與者的社會聲望」。 <\/p>\n

\t\t\t\t\t\t巴塞隆納足球俱樂部主席瓊·拉波爾塔（Joan Laporta）與副主席拉斐爾·尤斯特（Rafael Yuste）正因涉嫌詐欺被巴塞隆納省法院調查，原因是一名女子涉嫌在與其相關的公司中損失10萬歐元後提出投訴， EFE報導。<\/p>\n

法院下令重新開啟此案，該案先前於去年六月被巴塞隆納教育法院駁回，並排除了失敗投資中的任何「欺騙」行為。法院現要求恢復調查，以確定該投資者是否為總部設於香港的CSSB Limited公司「刑事化業務」的受害者。<\/p>\n

法院認定有數項可能具有「刑事意涵」的事實，例如缺乏關於投資目的地的「完整且真實資訊」、透過「嚴重流動性問題」的公司進行工具化，以及資本籌集「幾乎完全基於參與者的社會聲望」。<\/p>\n

此外，還有其他針對該公司的訴訟，還有其他知名投資者，包括另一位前巴薩高層哈維爾·薩拉。拉波爾塔去年一月曾就此議題作為嫌疑人作證。<\/p>\n
