【明報專訊】位於北都核心的新田科技城，近三成、即約210公頃（約11個維園大小）用地作創科用途。創科局按顧問研究昨日公布《新田科技城創科產業發展規劃概念綱要》，提出將按照三大定位發展，包括提供原型和中試（量產前小規模試產）、發展本地優質創科產業等。主力發展六大領域的創科產業；並考慮成立由政府主導「平台公司」結合市場力量，分5階段開發用地，涉570萬平方米樓面面積，目標2035年初步完成大概發展佈局。當局據顧問估算，項目日後可為本港提供逾30萬個全職崗位，每年帶來約2500億元或以上GDP貢獻。…
