除了伯恩茅斯、布萊頓、布倫特福德、水晶宮、富勒姆和利茲聯投反對票外，所有英超球隊都投了贊成票。<\/p>\n

此前埃弗頓將女子隊出售給由俱樂部老闆丹·弗里德金控制的母公司Roundhouse Capital Holdings，為轉會支出提供了更多空間;以及切爾西去年將兩家史丹福橋飯店賣給姊妹公司，再次提高薪資上限以簽下更多球員。<\/p>\n

根據今天通過的規則，這些動作是不被允許的，因為違規會扣分。具體來說，超過85%收入支出的俱樂部將被罰款，但若超過115%，則會受到體育制裁。此門檻低於歐洲足聯（UEFA）允許最多70%的俱樂部收入用於球隊費用。<\/p>\n
