<\/a>最近在2025廣州車展上廣汽集團董事長馮興亞表示，廣汽集團在廣州番禺建設的全固態電池中試產線近期已正式建成，並投產。據相關資料顯示，中試產線為正式量產前驗證生產工藝、優化\/改進參數、提升產品質量和穩定程度的生產線，屬於實驗室研發到大規模量產的關鍵過渡階段，所以廣汽集團的全固態電池中試產線正式投產，代表廣汽集團在實現2026年完成全固態電池裝車搭載的目標了打出了非常關鍵的一環。<\/p>\n

廣汽的全固態電池中試產線著重攻克了乾法厚電極制備、超薄電解質成膜與轉印、原位界面融合等多個限制全固態電池工程化發展的技術瓶頸，廣汽的產線成功打通了全固態電池的製造全流程，現階段已經率先有60Ah以上車規級全固態電池的量產能力、條件。<\/p>\n

據傳，廣汽自研的大容量全固態電池能量密度已經超過了400Wh\/kg，而且能夠通過200℃熱箱測試與針刺測試等安全試驗，取決於廣汽在材料和工藝上有一定突破，如使用了第三代海綿硅負極技術，能夠提升負極的性能發揮，可逆容量高於傳統石墨負極四倍，並且循環會更穩定；乾法電極技術實現了7.7mAh\/cm以上高面容量正極的連續化制備，為高比能全固態電池的制備打下了基礎；離子電導率作為全固態電池的核心指標之一，能夠決定充放電速度、能量密度、循環壽命等核心性能，廣汽自研的固態電解質材料離子電導率超過了10mS\/cm，達到行業頭部的水平；廣汽還研發出了大寬幅、高韌性硫化物全固態電解質膜，保障全固態電池的性能能夠有效發揮。<\/p>\n

廣汽集團表示，這個技術預估會在2026年啓動小批量裝車測試，預估在2027年-2030年間會實現規模化量產，這將意味著我國在固態電池產業化道路上走出了非常關鍵一步。<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n
