央视网消息：中国驻中非大使馆发布关于我公民在中非从事黄金采掘业面临重大安全风险的重要提醒。 近年来，我馆常接到中非政府司法案件通报或我公民紧急领事求助，内容均涉及中国公民因在当地涉足黄金采掘行业而遭遇重大安全事件或面临严重安全威胁。 上述事件中，有的是因无合法证件、偷税漏税而被判非法采金，处以巨额罚金、设备没收、驱逐出境；有的是因上当受骗、误把贫矿当富矿作巨额投资，而致血本无归；有的是因反政府武装分子猖獗，而遭攻击杀害；有的是因卷入不同势力、不同国家纷争，而惨遭暗算；有的是因感染恶性疟疾等传染病，而不幸病亡；有的则是因与其他股东产生纠纷，而以“被车祸”“被上吊”等方式致残殒命；有的则是因财产被人惦记，而频遭绑架；有的则是被骗至某矿务工，证件被扣，沦为“矿奴”。 上述有关事件均对当事人造成严重精神身体伤害和巨大财产损失。在案发第一时间，我馆均向有关同胞迅速提供了紧急领事协助，动用一切资源、竭尽一切力量，全力保护他们的安全，努力减少他们的损失。同时，我馆深切体会到当事人的巨大痛苦，也痛心地感受到他们国内家人的巨大悲伤。国内某省一位老母亲前来中非处理年轻儿子的后事时痛哭道：“这辈子最后悔的事情就是没有阻止儿子到中非挖金。” 基于上述，根据《中华人民共和国领事保护与协助条例》第十八条等有关规定，我馆谨再次提醒： 切勿前往中非外省红区务工，切勿涉足黄金采掘等高风险行业。如因各种原因已在危险红区开展相关活动的，请立即停止活动，立即离开那里，立即报告使馆。使馆将为你有关人员安全提供一切必要协助。
