四川在线记者 肖莹佩 11月7日，省委常委、成都市委书记曹立军在成都市龙泉驿区宣讲党的二十届四中全会精神并调研汽车产业发展情况。他强调，要深入学习贯彻党的二十届四中全会精神和习近平总书记关于推动汽车产业高质量发展的重要指示精神，全面落实党中央、国务院和省委、省政府部署要求，坚持以科技创新为引领，瞄准前沿方向，加快转型步伐，完善产业生态，不断推动成都汽车产业高质量发展。 曹立军来到神龙汽车成都工厂、一汽大众成都分公司、犀重新能源汽车有限公司和中创新航科技，察看汽车生产线，了解企业生产经营、技术研发、项目建设等情况，并向基层干部群众、企业职工宣讲全会精神。他强调，这次全会是在向第二个百年奋斗目标进军的新征程上举行的一次十分重要的会议，全会最重要的成果是审议通过了《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十五个五年规划的建议》，对我国未来五年发展作出顶层设计和战略擘画。《建议》提出建设现代化产业体系、引领发展新质生产力、强化企业科技创新主体地位、加大保障和改善民生力度等，事关经济社会发展方方面面，与企业高质量发展、群众高品质生活息息相关。各级各部门要通过多种方式抓好全会精神的学习、宣讲、宣传，切实领会好、认真贯彻好，结合各自实际把“十五五”发展谋划好。汽车产业是成都建设现代化产业体系的重要组成部分，要加快推动转型发展，持续扩大市场规模，前瞻布局未来赛道，不断优化服务保障，全力推动汽车产业“立园满园”、聚链成群、做大做强。
