武汉铁路局武汉客运段官方微博11月9日发布情况说明称，针对网传“高铁座位不翼而飞，买到19排但只有17排”视频，该段组织开展了核查。具体情况为： 11月7日，由武铁武汉客运段值乘、上海虹桥开往汉口站的D3046次列车车型临时发生变更（由CRH2B变更为CRH380AL），导致购买该列车4车厢19排B座的这名旅客无法对号入座，铁路部门及时通过12306系统向该旅客发送了短信，详细告知其因车型临时调整、座位号发生了变更，由4车19排B座调整至4车17排B座。 由于该旅客对上述短信内容掌握不全，上车后寻找19排B座未果，列车员见状后，向其解释了车型临时发生变更、其座位进行调整等情况，引导其在17排B座就坐。 由此给该旅客出行带来的不便，武铁武汉客运段深表歉意，同时，感谢广大旅客对铁路客运服务的关注与监督，武铁武汉客运段将持续提升客运服务质量，为旅客提供顺畅、舒心的出行体验。
