川观新闻记者 史晓露 11月6日，新希望发布公告称，公司拟与中央企业乡村产业投资基金股份有限公司（以下简称“央企基金”）、欠发达地区产业发展基金有限公司（以下简称“欠发达基金”）共同投资成立新六创益乡村发展有限公司。 合资公司注册资本总额28.7亿元，其中，公司以货币出资21亿元，占比73.17%；央企基金以货币出资7亿元，占比24.39%；欠发达基金以货币出资7000万元，占比2.44%。 合资公司成立后，将收购公司全资孙公司白银新希望农牧科技有限公司及盘州新六农牧发展有限公司和公司控股孙公司关岭新牧养殖有限公司100%的股权。 此外，合资公司还将在重点帮扶区域独资新设十六家子公司用于生猪养殖，新设子公司以“企业+农户”放养模式为主，不增加公司与行业的生猪产能。 值得注意的是，央企基金的主要股东包括国家开发投资集团有限公司、国家电网有限公司、 中国石油化工集团有限公司、中国移动通信集团有限公司、中国建筑集团有限公司、中国海洋石油集团有限公司等，欠发达基金的主要股东为中国烟草总公司、国家开发投资集团有限公司、财政部。两只基金实际控制人均为国务院国有资产监督管理委员会。 公告称，设立合资公司旨在响应国家乡村振兴战略，发扬央企和民企联动优势，合资公司将通过收购公司现有孙公司，或新设其放养子公司的方式在甘肃省白银市靖远县等20个国家乡村振兴重点帮扶县对接公司生猪养殖产业，通过“一体化养殖”和“公司+农户”放养模式，带动当地劳动就业以及联农带农促进农民增收。 【未经授权，严禁转载！联系电话028-86968276】
