财经总台财经调查记者几经辗转，找到了提供培训课程的云尚圈技术咨询（赣州）有限公司。负责人吴总告诉记者，他们将一些视频剪辑课程，提供给这些招聘兼职的公司，再向求职者进行销售，以此牟利挣钱。求职者购买课程的5980元中，云尚圈公司可以分到598元。吴总告诉记者，所谓业务订单，其实都是这些兼职转培训公司自己凭空捏造出来，作为诱饵，骗年轻人来上当用的。 通过交流，记者了解到，这类发布各种兼职岗位的公司，其实都是靠培训课来挣钱。兼职人员如果坚持学习，公司挣的就是培训费，兼职人员要是识破了培训的手段，要求解约，公司挣的就是提前约定好的违约金，如此一来，这些搞所谓兼职转培训的公司就能只赚不赔。 吴总透露，在这个兼职骗局的生意里，有一个专门的机构，那就是“学易付”。“学易付”是一家专门帮助兼职人员办理培训费分期支付业务的公司，它会提前将一定比例的培训费直接打给兼职公司，进行“垫资”，让这些兼职公司省去了后面再按月分期收取培训费的流程，迅速套取大量资金，并设计拖欠费用催收手段，兼职人员在培训中无论拖欠学费还是产生违约金，都可以交给他们来进行催收、追缴。 【未经授权，严禁转载！联系电话028-86968276】
