新华社莫斯科10月16日电（记者赵冰）俄罗斯总统助理乌沙科夫16日表示，俄总统普京当天与美国总统特朗普通电话，讨论俄美关系和俄乌冲突等议题，并告诉对方，即便美国向乌克兰提供“战斧”巡航导弹，也不会改变俄乌战场局势。 乌沙科夫说，这次通话由俄方发起，持续约两个半小时。特朗普在通话中着重提到，结束俄乌冲突将为俄美经济合作开辟广阔前景。 乌沙科夫说，特朗普提议在匈牙利首都布达佩斯举行两国领导人会晤，普京表示支持。俄美双方将立即着手筹备这次会晤，就可能的会晤日期继续沟通。为此，俄外交部长拉夫罗夫近日将与美国务卿鲁比奥举行电话会谈。 乌沙科夫说，普京在通话中重申俄方致力于通过政治和外交途径解决乌克兰危机的承诺。就美国可能向乌克兰提供“战斧”导弹，普京重申，“战斧”导弹不会改变战场局势，只会对俄美关系以及围绕乌克兰危机的调解行动造成“重大损害”。普京还表示，俄军在对乌特别军事行动的整条接触线上完全掌握战略主动权。 乌沙科夫表示，特朗普在通话中强调，乌克兰需要尽快实现和平。他17日与乌克兰总统泽连斯基会晤时会考虑普京在这次通话中提出的所有意见。（完） 【未经授权，严禁转载！联系电话028-86968276】
