四川在线·阿坝观察 杨玉红 9月27日，四姑娘山下秋意渐浓，雪山之巅攀岩体验馆内灯火通明，地暖驱散了山间的寒意。“从线上申请到装表接电，只用了3天。”体验馆负责人余强扎根景区近20年，亲历了电网升级带来的变化。 这一转变，始于2019年国网阿坝供电公司接管片区电网并推广线上办电服务。作为距离成都最近的雪山景观，近年来，四姑娘山凭借徒步、攀冰等户外项目持续走红，强劲的电力保障成为旅游、民宿相关产业发展的关键支撑。 “当初最愁的就是电！”四姑娘山阅山四季民宿酒店负责人祝启军坦言。民宿建设初期，电力不稳定是最大瓶颈。国网阿坝供电公司实地走访后，专门为酒店安装了一台400千瓦的变压器，彻底解决了难题。如今，他的民宿实现了烧水、供暖、厨房全电气化，安全节能，全年入住率稳定在80%。 在长坪沟长坪村，电力赋能成效更明显。村党支部书记张建军介绍，全村已发展特色民宿140余家，其中80余家建成“全电民宿”，14家户外俱乐部也因稳定供电而快速成长。据统计，四姑娘山镇民宿酒店数量已从2018年的约80家增长至目前的410家。 “我们针对民宿用电特点定制供电方案，并运用电力大数据实施用能监测，确保旅游消费全场景用电无忧。”国网小金县供电公司营销部农电服务中心主管郑帅说。 同样的变化也发生在九寨沟。2019年以来，国网阿坝供电公司累计投入1.45亿元实施景区电网改造，新建及改造线路150余公里，供电可靠性实现质的飞跃。如今，稳定可靠的电力供应已成为阿坝州文旅经济高质量发展的核心支撑。
