川观新闻记者 秦勇 11月25日，四川省人民政府、四川省军区发布《四川省民兵权益保障和优待办法》（下称《办法》），明确2025年12月1日起，民兵在执行各类军事任务和参加军事训练期间，组织单位应当根据规定发放参勤、参训补助，及时落实生活、伙食、物资保障和相关补贴。民兵所在单位不得因民兵参训、参勤而影响其业绩（绩效）考核，不得对其作出解除劳动或聘用关系，给予免职或处分等，并应当保持原有工资、奖金、福利等待遇不变。 《办法》明确，县级以上人民政府和同级军事机关应当为执行任务和参加军事训练的民兵购买人身意外伤害保险；民兵家庭因自然灾害、意外事故、重大疾病等原因，基本生活出现困难的，县级以上人民政府应当会同军事机关给予慰问，符合条件的应当给予救助。 民兵在享受抚恤政策方面，《办法》规定，对因执行多样化军事任务和参加军事训练伤亡的民兵，依据《执行多样化军事任务民兵预备役人员抚恤优待办法》有关规定评定烈士、因公牺牲或伤残等级等，并按照国家和军队有关规定享受相应抚恤优待；发生伤病的，由县级以上地方人民政府按有关规定给予救治。 因执行多样化军事任务和军事训练致残的，由负责组织指挥（训练）的县级（团级）以上军事机关出具证明，属于《工伤保险条例》适用范围的，按照《工伤保险条例》有关规定评定伤残等级，并享受相关待遇；不属于《工伤保险条例》适用范围的，参照《军人抚恤优待条例》《伤残抚恤管理办法》有关规定评定伤残等级，并享受相关待遇。 此外，《办法》明确，推动民兵乘坐公共交通工具享受优先、优惠服务；法律服务及援助机构积极为民兵提供法律服务和法律援助；地方志和军史部门将荣获个人二等功以上奖励，省部级、战区级或者二级以上表彰的个人和单位名录载入地方志和军事志；民兵受到表彰奖励，本人及其子女符合兵役征集条件的，可确定为重点定兵对象。 【未经授权，严禁转载！联系电话028-86968276】
