南方财经11月28日电， 长安汽车 公告称，公司审议通过了《关于投资设立 机器人 公司的议案》。本议案已经公司董事会战略与投资委员会审议通过。长安天枢智能 机器人 科技有限公司（简称“长安 机器人 公司”）由中国 长安汽车 集团有限公司、重庆 长安汽车 股份有限公司、辰致汽车科技集团有限公司、重庆长安科技有限责任公司（简称“长安科技”）共同投资设立，注册资本4.5亿元。其中，公司拟以自有资金出资2.25亿元人民币，持股50%；公司全资子公司长安科技拟以自有资金出资0.45亿元人民币，持股10%。长安机器人公司的设立符合国家“十五五”规划和长安汽车战略转型发展方向，其定位为公司机器人产业战略承载体，以智能 人形机器人 技术为牵引，发展多机器人产业板块，旨在打造标志性“具身智能”创新产品和解决方案，成为世界一流的机器人产品与服务提供者，实现汽车与机器人产业的双向赋能，推动汽车产业升级。 （文章来源：南方财经网）
