11月27日，大陆首部为促进两岸标准共通制定的地方性法规——《福建省促进两岸标准共通条例》经福建省十四届人大常委会第十九次会议表决通过，将于2026年1月1日起施行。“《条例》为‘小三通’迈向‘新四通’打下坚实基础，是两岸标准共通从实践探索到法治保障的关键跨越。”省人大常委会委员、福州大学法学院院长李智说。《条例》的出台，将福建近年来形成的成熟经验与创新做法，及时固化并上升为法规，推动两岸标准共通工作系统化、规范化、制度化。《条例》还鼓励两岸携手开展标准化合作，确立了“台湾地区先进标准在本省采用、本省先进标准在台湾地区采用、空白领域标准共通研制采用”的机制，明确台胞台企参与标准制定享有同等待遇。 （文章来源：人民财讯）
