12月1日， 美的集团 （000333）发布A股股份回购进展公告，披露截至2025年11月30日的回购执行情况。 　　数据显示，公司两项回购方案累计耗资超109.75亿元，回购股份占总股本比例近2%，均符合相关法律法规及既定方案要求。 　　据公告， 美的集团 此前推出两项A股回购方案： 　　其一为“15-30亿A股回购方案”，于2025年4月8日经第五届董事会第七次会议审议通过，用途为实施 股权激励 及\/或员工持股计划，回购价格上限100元\/股。截至11月30日，该方案已累计回购20,564,598股（占总股本0.2675%），成交区间69.50-80.44元\/股，总金额15.10亿元（不含交易费用）； 　　其二为“50-100亿A股回购方案”，经2025年3月28日第五届董事会第六次会议及5月30日2024年度股东大会审议通过，用途包括注销减资、 股权激励 及\/或员工持股计划，回购价格上限100元\/股。截至11月30日，该方案累计回购128,452,313股（占总股本1.6708%），成交区间69.91-80.62元\/股，总金额94.65亿元（不含交易费用）。 　　两项方案合计， 美的集团 已回购149,016,911股A股股份，占总股本1.9383%，累计斥资109.75亿元。 　　2025年前三季度， 美的集团 实现收入3647.16亿元，归母净利润378.83亿元。 （文章来源：财中社）
