继 摩尔线程 后，同为GPU龙头股的 沐曦股份 上市进程近日也进入冲刺阶段。据其发布的公告显示，公司本次拟公开发行股票4010万股，占发行后总股本的10.02%，初步询价日期为12月2日，网下、网上申购日为12月5日。 　　据悉， 沐曦股份 主营高性能GPU业务，主要产品全面覆盖 人工智能 计算、通用计算和图形渲染三大领域。公司此次上市募集资金用于投资“新型高性能通用GPU研发及产业化项目”、“新一代 人工智能 推理GPU研发及产业化项目”和“面向前沿领域及新兴应用场景的高性能GPU技术研发项目”。 　　可比公司选择方面，据 沐曦股份 招股说明书显示，综合考虑业务范围、主营业务产品、应用领域、客户类型，海外可比公司包括GPU厂商 英伟达 、AMD，国内同行业上市公司及拟上市公司有寒武纪、 海光信息 、 景嘉微 、 龙芯中科 、 摩尔线程 。同时，非上市公司有 华为海思 、昆仑芯、平头哥、天数智芯、壁仞科技、燧原科技。 　　目前，新股市场仍然保持首日零破发纪录。从年内已上市的电子股上看，截至11月28日，其累计共有15股，其中8股登陆创业板、5股登陆科创板，另有2股分别在沪市主板、北交所上市。这些个股首日平均上涨248.04%，中位数涨幅229.06%。其中，北交所新股 鼎佳精密 首日涨幅最高，达479.12%，创业板新股 同宇新材 涨幅靠后，达128.05%。 　　从发行数据上看，年内上市的电子股和即将登陆科创板的 摩尔线程 平均发行价33.40元，中位数发行价22.04元。其中，摩尔线程发行价格最高，达114.28元，同时在整个电子板块新股历史中位居第11位，仅次于 纳芯微 、 达瑞电子 、翱捷科技、 恒玄科技 、 普冉股份 、 华海清科 、 芯导科技 、 东微半导 、 思瑞浦 、 钜泉科技 。 （文章来源：财联社）
