北京商报讯 （记者马换换王蔓蕾）近日，北交所官网显示，昆山海菲曼科技集团股份有限公司（以下简称“海菲曼”）IPO上会获得通过。 　　据了解，海菲曼主要从事自主品牌“HIFIMAN”终端电声产品的设计、研发、生产和销售。公司北交所IPO于2024年12月30日获得受理，2025年1月23日进入问询阶段。本次冲击上市，公司拟募集资金约4.3亿元。 　　在上市委会议现场，上市委要求海菲曼结合同行业可比公司情况，进一步说明公司竞争优势与核心竞争力。另外，上市委还要求海菲曼结合公司主要产品生产工艺流程、发展历程，说明报告期内收购多家标的公司的背景、必要性及合理性。 （文章来源：北京商报）
