为深入贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，进一步助力长三角一体化建设，推动国内基础设施公募REITs市场稳步发展，日前，上海 证券 交易所与长三角区域合作办公室、上海市发展改革委、江苏省发展改革委、浙江省发展改革委和安徽省发展改革委作为共同指导单位，发起成立了长三角基础设施REITs产业联盟(简称“REITs产业联盟”)，广泛吸纳REITs市场各参与主体，助力长三角基础设施REITs更好更快地联动发展。 REITs产业联盟是在自愿、平等、互利、合作的基础上成立的开放型联合组织，由指导单位、专业顾问、会员单位、理事会和秘书处构成。REITs产业联盟成员覆盖基础设施REITs发起人、 证券 公司、 基金公司 、律师事务所、会计师事务所及评估机构等各类市场参与主体。REITs产业联盟的目标和主要工作是重点围绕长三角总体发展目标和基础设施领域发展规划，以企业发展和市场需求为基础，全链条培育REITs产品优质项目，常态化组织REITs领域交流活动，多视角开展REITs产业前沿研究，集聚市场优势资源，切实提升服务长三角一体化发展的质效，全面助力打造具有国际竞争力的REITs发展新高地。 REITs产业联盟成立后，将充分发挥指导单位的合力，调动各方优势资源，培育挖掘市场潜力，充分发挥合作体的聚力效用，共同推动REITs市场发展和长三角一体化建设，有效服务国家战略和实体经济发展。同时，也期待更多致力于REITs市场建设的各方积极加入REITs产业联盟，为盘活存量优质资产、稳定经济大盘发挥出金融产品的应有功能，共享产业协作价值。 （文章来源：上海 证券 报·中国证券网）
