<\/a>韓媒《時事週刊》爆料稱，Samsung 正在研發一款全局快門級別的手機圖像傳感器，可以突破智能手機的尺寸限制，進一步提升高速運動場景下的拍攝成像準確度。<\/p>\n

<\/a>目前的智能手機普遍為滾動快門結構，在像素逐行曝光的原理下，拍攝高速運動物品時會導致畫面出現畸變。全局快門可以實現傳感器的像素一次性同時曝光，所以能精准的記錄瞬間畫面。<\/p>\n

<\/a>可惜的是，全局快門結構複雜且像素必須放大，不僅體積較大，還會影響畫面解像度。Samsung 通過修改像素結構，將全局快門方案搭載於一個 1200萬像素、像素間距 1.5μm 的滾動快門鏡頭上。<\/p>\n

傳統手機圖像傳感器會在 ADC （模數轉換器）階段時將模擬信號轉為數碼信號，Samsung 則是將 ADC 直接嵌入像素內部，形成像素級 ADC。這樣的結構會導致像素面積增大，目前最小像素約為 3μm，比高階手機採用的 1.5μm 像素大不少。<\/p>\n

Samsung 為了解決解像度的問題，在保留 1.5μm 像素的情況下，採用 2×2 方式組合，從而組成等效 3μm 的基本單元。<\/p>\n

據 Samsung 介紹，4 個像素共享 1 個 ADC，其中 2×2 部分按滾動快門方式順序工作，其餘為全局快門方式運行。由於存在滾動快門過程，畫面還是會有輕微畸變，並不是真正意義上的全局快門。<\/p>\n

Samsung 為減少畫面畸變，通過提取光流信息時進行運動補償，實現小像素間距下的圖像傳感器呈現全局快門特性。<\/p>\n

Samsung 計劃於 ISSCC 2026 公佈相關成果，Apple 對此十分感興趣，正在陸續申請在 iPhone 上搭載全局快門的相關專利。Samsung 和 Apple 也在進行合作，研發下一代 CMOS 圖像傳感器。<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n
