據多方媒體報道，法庭文件顯示， Sony在 12月 17日（當地時間）撤銷了針對《Light of Motiram 荒野起源》的侵權起訴。<\/p>\n

<\/a>騰訊美洲區通訊主管 Sean Dejin 披露， Sony 互動娛樂（SIE）與騰訊已達成具有保密性質的和解協議，雙方將就此事終止公開評論，並對未來的合作事宜持積極期待態度。現階段，該款遊戲已從 Steam 及 Epic 平台下架。<\/p>\n

<\/a>回溯這起糾紛的開端，是今年 7 月 Sony 發起的侵權訴訟，附帶的訴狀長達 48 頁，核心訴求圍繞《荒野起源》涉嫌侵犯其著作權與商標權展開。 Sony 指出，2024年 11月該遊戲預告片發佈並開啓全渠道預約後，其呈現的視覺風格、核心設定與自家耗時六年打造的《地平線》系列高度相近，尤其是「巨大機器動物」這一關鍵元素，在造型設計、運動姿態以及與環境的互動邏輯上，都與《地平線：零之曙光》中標誌性的機械生物有著極高的相似度。<\/p>\n

公開信息顯示，2017 年推出的《地平線：零之曙光》，已成為 PlayStation 平台頗具影響力的暢銷 IP。而《荒野起源》作為騰訊北極光工作室群打造的開放世界末日生存類遊戲，此次雙方達成的和解協議，其具體細節並未向公眾公佈。<\/p>\n
