【明報專訊】負責宏福苑大維修的承建商「宏業建築工程有限公司」出現人事變動，本報發現，宏業兩名「獲授權簽署人」（簡稱AS）之一的張玉濤，其名字近日在屋宇署名冊中除名，屋宇署向本報證實，因收到宏業通知一名AS已離職，故按程序將其除名。由於宏業另一名AS黃忠基在火災後涉誤殺被捕，宏業負責的最少30項工程後續去向備受關注。香港營造師學會表示，當承建商沒有任何AS，便須即時停止所有工程。有立法會議員促請政府盡早介入處理宏業工程的後續事宜。…
