近期小米集團披露公告，表示公司聯合創始人、執行董事、副董事長林斌，計劃從 2026年12月開始，每12個月出售金額不超過5億美元的小米B類普通股，共計出售總金額不超過20億美元（約HK$155.4億）。<\/p>\n

<\/a>小米集團對此回應稱，林斌減持計劃的款項主要用於成立投資基金公司。林斌本人對該業務的前景充滿信心，並會長期服務於小米集團。<\/p>\n

結合小米集團2025年半年報，截止6月30日，林斌通過 Apex Star LLC 持有小米 21.554478億股普通股，為小米總股本8.31%，是小米第二大股東。<\/p>\n

小米在2025年三季度營收1131億元，同比增長22.3%，實現連續4個季度突破千億。經調淨利潤113億元，同比增長80.9%，是歷史新高。2025年前三季度小米累計研發投入達235億元，基本相當於2024年全年，預計2025年總研發投入超過300億元。<\/p>\n

林斌與雷軍在2010年創辦小米，期間擔任過總裁、手機部總裁、小米網總經理等職務，主導研發與全球銷售體系。在2020年開始轉任集團戰略副主席，專注於公益項目。2024年林斌向中山大學捐贈1億元。2025年胡潤全球富豪榜中顯示林斌財富為800億元人民幣。<\/p>\n
