近期，有不少 iPhone 17 Pro 和 iPhone17 Pro Max 的用戶表示，裝置在充電時會出現嘶嘶聲。<\/p>\n

<\/a>此外，有用戶表示，充電時以低音量播放音頻時也會有噪聲。充電瀏覽網頁時還可能聽到低沈的噼啪聲或嘶嘶聲。<\/p>\n

值得一提的是，在用戶使用 Apple 官方充電器或者第三方充電器的情況下，都會有噪聲的情況出現，這意味著問題來自於裝置本身。<\/p>\n

在12月31日，Apple 官方客戶回應表示，收到了部分 iPhone 17 Pro 和 Pro Max 用戶的反饋。當前解決方案是，用戶進入手機設定，在「電池」界面中選擇「充電」，然後將充電上限調整為 80% 或 85%。這樣便可以消除電流聲。<\/p>\n

可惜的是，Apple 官方暫未公開充電噪聲的根本原因。客服推測輕微的電流聲可能是揚聲器的底噪，有較大噪聲時建議前往線下門店進行檢測。客服還強調稱，充電噪聲並不會對手機電池及正常使用造成影響。<\/p>\n
